Sadist

I walked into my yoga class at 8:00am today, ( yes, i wake up way too early for all my friends liking ) and saw... another person at the instructor's post instead of Sony. *blink*...... Seems True fitness rotate instructors every once in a while....

1 HOUR later- i know what a sadist is...... :) ... Isn't it strange when your yoga instructor says to you "can you feel the pain?" (?????????????????????).... i tot it was "can you feel the stretch?"- is there some lost in translation here??
