One aches from the fact that one has not exercised in 2 weeks. Week 1 - due to project work. Week 2- felled by a bad flu/cough. (Was banned from any form of sweating). Trooped to the class yesterday and my instructor- Sony - gleefully smiled @ me... Not a good sign.
We had full yoga class yesterday and he thought us new moves...... i am now not able to move... yikes... Counterpain.. where are u??? Better start exercising more. Going for Hatha on Tuesday after work. Since i am not around the next 2 weekends i better go for week day class.
By the way... damn the haze, my skin allergies are back!! Grrr...
