Itchy

After 2 years of not having allergies... It's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaccccccccccccccccccccck. I am not sure if it is the recent haze or is it because of er stress? ( i don't really have anything to stress now about except budget forecast ) but it's back.

The skin round my lips have this strange rubbery feel and my ears itch all the time. And, and... my eyes itch :(. No zyrtec cortisone for me cause it can causes liver damage.. i guess i have to 1)avoid heat 2) avoid stress 3) avoid outdoors. Heck, that is like living in a bubble.. how??? this weekend got treasure hunt leh... i will be hunting in my yellow bio-hazard suit... :( ..
