Bummer Days

I am having bummer days recently. Thankfully it is not personal stuff ( a bit but not the kind i would be drowning in tears kind ) but work is recently really bummer. Do you ever find you are doing a lot of things yet people still pile you with more work? Or the answer No does not exist in the vocabulary of management. What is worse is when you feel there is no real control. Sigh. It's time to make a change.
