Food Shots - Oil Fried Ghost- Yau Char Kwai

To take good photos - one must practice. So i took some shots of Yau Char Kwai ( or oil fried ghosts as i used to call them) that dad bought for our lunch porridge. Aren't they lovely? *Drool*. It tastes good with Porridge, BKT and just on their own. Got this near my place in Taipan.

Mazu(Firstly)- To remove any access oil, drain it first!
